Rachael Chapman

Rachael Chapman combines leadership, operational expertise, and holistic wellness in a unique and impactful career. As the Executive Assistant at CF Capital, Rachael oversees event coordination, travel planning, and investor relations while managing day-to-day operations as an extension of the founders. Her role also includes fostering company culture, refining processes and procedures, and managing vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and excellence.

A proud Air Force Veteran and Clinical Lab Scientist trained at the Community College of the Air Force, Rachael demonstrated early leadership by spearheading the Airmen Against Drunk Driving initiative overseas, enhancing safety and community engagement among service members.

An ATA College graduate and adjunct instructor, Rachael inspires and mentors the next generation of professionals, reflecting a commitment to education and personal growth.

In addition to her corporate and healthcare experience, Rachael is a Reiki Master specializing in equine therapy, merging science and energy healing to nurture the bond between humans and horses.


Dan Michael

Dan Michael is the Senior Real Estate for CF Capital, a nationally recognized private equity real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and managing high-quality multifamily assets. Since joining CF Capital, Dan has played a pivotal role across the firm’s Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Investor Relations platforms. Dan specializes in evaluating new acquisition opportunities, analyzing exit scenarios for maturing deals in the firm’s portfolio, instituting processes to level up the financial monitoring and data-driven performance of portfolio assets, as well as collaborating and communicating with CF Capital’s investors.

Dan started his career out of undergrad as an Asset Management Analyst at Magnolia Capital where he spearheaded the asset management of an 11 asset portfolio, totaling 2,830 units and $1.06B in AUM.

Prior to joining CF Capital Dan was an Investment Analyst at EQR where he focused on acquisitions in Dallas and Austin as well as the firm’s dispositions nationally. Dan was instrumental in the disposition of 8 assets totaling $400MM in value.

Dan’s prior experiences have been instrumental in his growth and contributions to the CF Capital team.

Leslie O. Andren

Leslie has over thirty years’ experience in commercial real estate in several different roles for many institutions and private investment firms. Her early career, after receiving her MBA in Finance and Real Estate, was in commercial real estate banking, which is where she first got experience in handling distressed commercial real estate loans, as well as originating new loans for major US development firms of office, industrial, hotels and condominiums. Her career has been spent in distressed commercial real estate debt during down cycles, and for the rest of her career she has specialized in the apartment industry. She has been a Chief Investment Officer for three different apartment investment firms, as well as a Vice President of Acquisitions and Vice President of Asset Management for Equity Residential. Leslie has also been an investment sales broker for apartment investment listings for two major national investment brokerage firms. Her career transaction completions are over $10 billion in transactions, and she has a specialty in transacting apartment portfolio transactions across the country in both acquisitions and sales of apartment assets. Leslie also co-founded an apartment investment firm in Chicago, Atlas Apartment Homes, wherein she purchased $500 million in apartment properties and established the company’s acquisitions, dispositions and asset management departments, as well as sat on the firm’s investment committee and well as being a board member of the company,

Leslie received her AB from Kenyon College with a degree in History, and received her MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in Finance and Real Estate.

BRYAN FLAHERTY, CCIM, MBA

Bryan Flaherty is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CF Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm focused on multifamily properties. With extensive experience in the multifamily sector, Bryan has participated in over $1.0 billion in transactions as an investor and a former commercial real estate broker with CBRE.

At CF Capital, Bryan is responsible for spearheading the firm’s investment strategy, which includes identifying and evaluating new acquisitions, overseeing redevelopment and new development projects, guiding the asset management team in executing property business plans, and managing asset dispositions. Alongside his co-founder, Tyler, Bryan also leads the firm’s overall vision, integration, and strategic decision-making.

In addition to his leadership role, Bryan is a sought-after industry speaker, regularly presenting at leading conferences and guesting on multifamily-focused podcasts. His contributions to the industry have earned him recognition as a leader in commercial real estate. Bryan is an active member of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter and participates in his Vistage CEO group. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Channing, and their three children - John Patrick, Jack, and Mary Catherine. Bryan leads an active lifestyle, coaching youth basketball and soccer, spending time outdoors, and engaging in his local church community.
